Below you will find information on our shipping policies,
rates, delivery times, and other information regarding shipping:
Epic Movie Costumes Has A 24 Hour Processing Commitment!
All In-Stock items will be processed within 24 hours of
placing the order! Most orders that are
placed before 10:00am (CDT) Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Any orders placed after that time will ship
out on the next business day.
This is does NOT apply for:
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays - Orders placed in October (may take 48 hours to process) - Collector's props and replica collectible costumes (may take 48 hours to process)
- Orders for Special order items, Mascots or large props
(special order items usually ship between 5-7 business days
depending on availability)
Where can Epic Movie Costumes ship my order?
We currently are able to ship to the fifty (50) states within
the United States. We do NOT ship to P.O
Boxes as the shipping carrier we work with cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Please Note: When
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii only air shipping methods are available this
would include Express and Premium shipping only!
Does Epic Movie Costumes ship internationally?
As of right now we do NOT ship internationally, we can only
ship to the 50 states within the United States of America.
Also note that we can NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses or the
United States territories which include Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and
Puerto Rico at this time.
How Do I Know When My Order Is Shipped?
Once we process and ship out your order, you will receive
and email from Epic Movie Costumes confirming the shipment. This email will also include a tracking
number for your order and a link to where you can track where your package currently resides. If you go to the shipping carriers website they will also provide you will an estimated
delivery date.
Please Note:
Sometimes you may have received an e-mail confirmation from Epic Movie
Costumes, but because of some filtering software installed on your computer or
by your e-mail service it may have landed in the "Junk" or
"Spam" box. To make sure that
you receive e-mails from us take the following actions:
- Add support@epicmoviecostumes.com (sales@epicmoviecostumes.com and better yet
the whole epicmoviecostumes.com domain) to the "safe" e-mail addresses
list
- Disable your Spam e-mail filtering software completely
- Search through your "spam mail" or "junk
mail" folders for Epic Movie Costumes e-mail
Also Note: If you
registered for an account with us when you originally placed your order, you
can also click on the "My Account" button on the top right of the
screen and login to your account to check your order status and information
from the account page.
If you did not sign up for an account and are still having
problems receiving the confirmation emails then contact us and we will further
assist you with solving the problem.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a
shipping confirmation email from Epic Movie Costumes. Within this e-mail you will receive the
tracking number for your order and a link to track the package, you can also track
where your package is and an estimated arrival time by going to the shipping carriers website. We ship mainly using UPS but some packages my ship using USPS.
Some packages may ship from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one tracking number depending if the products ship from multiple locations, you will be informed if this is the case.
Please Note: For most
shipping carriers the package tracking information will not be available
through their websites for up to 24 hours from the time it was shipped. So please keep this in mind when you are
trying to track your package status/location.
Also if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail make sure
you check your "spam" or "junk" mail box as some spam
filters push some emails there. see
above on how to prevent mail from going into spam box.
You can also login to your account with Epic Movie Costumes
located at the top right part of the screen to check order status and package
information.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Most orders that are in stock will generally ship within one
business day from the time the order is placed.
Also note that most orders that are in stock and placed before 10:00AM
(CDT) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will usually ship the same day. If ordered after 10AM CDT it will be shipped
out the next business day.
Please Note: Some
products may take up to 7 business days for processing after you place the
order before it will ship, these might include special order items, large props
or mascots, collector's prop replicas.
After the order has been processed, the delivery date
depends on which shipping method you selected during the time of placing the
order and where you live.
For people living in the United States, here is the delivery
times based on the shipping methods:

*Only air ship methods are available for Alaska and Hawaii,
this includes Express and Premium methods Only!
Please Note: From the
time the order is shipped, business days are weekdays (Monday-Fridays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and
holidays). Alaska and Hawaii may take
and additional day to arrive.
Please Note: the day of your order does not count as a
shipping day unless it is shipped that same day.
You can always track your order status and information on
our website by logging into your account, if you created one.
How Are Shipping & Handling Charges Calculated?
Domestic shipping and handling rates are determined by the
total weight of the merchandised ordered and the shipping method you
select. In order to receive and
estimated shipping charge make sure you add all of the items to your cart and
then go to the checkout page enter your zip code and calculate shipping.

**Most of the items are considered to be one pound or more
each, our shipping carriers do not allow for calculations to be based on
fractions of a pound. *Please Note: Some products will ship from different warehouses if you add items in your cart that are from different warehouse locations then you will be charged for each package that is shipped per location. This will automatically be calculated during checkout.
How Come I Did Not Receive My Package Yet?
If we had already sent you a shipping confirmation and
tracking number, you can track where your order currently is. Depending on which shipping method you chose will depend on how
long the order will take to get to its destination. (See the chart above for more info on estimated
shipping delivery times)
If for some reason you have not received the package and you
have already checked your tracking number and the shipping carriers website
says the package was "Delivered" then feel free to contact us with your
order ID#, and we will assist you in locating the package.
Please keep in mind that the shipping carrier is Authorized
to leave the package at the destination
so be sure to check thoroughly for the package before you contact us.
Undeliverable Packages
We currently use UPS as our primary shipping carrier. Make sure when placing an order that you have
the correct shipping information and address, this will help prevent any
shipping delivery problems that may occur.
However, if for any reason your order is shipped back to us
by our shipping carrier, we will credit your account for the cost of goods
only. Additionally, we will charge a 15%
re-stocking fee plus any return shipping charges that may occur, this will be
taken off of the refund for the cost of good.

Please Note:
We are unable to re-ship any orders that are returned to us as
undeliverable. If you want to purchase
any of the items that were returned to us
you will have to place a new order. |
